1. Please ensure that there is sufficient water in the bottle before each use. Making sure that cotton filter is fully soaked before each use, which could avoid prolonged burning of the dry cotton filter and atomizer, otherwise it may cause damage to the humidifier.

2. Please ensure that there is no accumulated water in the mist outlet of the Cool Cola humidifier The humidifier will stop working if there is accumulated water droplets above the atomizer. It will restart to work if wiping the accumulated water out by Q-tips.

3. Do not add essential oil to the bottle which without water inside. Adding only 1 to 2 drops of water soluble essential oil to the bottle is recommended. Too much essential oil may block atomizer or affect the working life of the cotton filter.

4. Do not add alcohol or unknown chemical substances to water tank. The company is not responsible for any health problem which caused by inappropriate chemical use of humidifier.

5. After-sale warranty excludes issue which caused by above matters (inappropriate operation & usage).
